About Us

The Sacramento Legends Baseball Club was established in 2002 and the team is comprised of university and collegiate level student-athletes aspiring to play at the next level or simply improve in the off-season as well as college graduates who still wish to compete at the highest amateur level – the Legends provide these amateur baseball players with these opportunities.

Each season the Sacramento Legends compete against the top collegiate and semi-pro teams in California and Nevada.  The Legends are a member of the Sacramento Premier Baseball League (SPBL) and registered with the American Amateur Baseball Congress (A.A.B.C.) in the Stan Musial division.  The Legends were the California Collegiate League Champions in 2002, have won three Nor-Cal Semi-Pro Conference Championships in their history (including back-to-back Conference Championships in 2006-2007), and were the 2006 State Runner-Up and Western Regional Champions (earning a berth in the Stan Musial World Series in Huntsville, Texas).  The Legends also won the first annual "Crack of the Bat" tournament in Yountville in 2005.
